Throughout the building people are once again talking about Toronto composer
Oskar Morawetz, who has won the coveted Critic's Award at the International
Composer's Competition in Cava die Tirreni in Italy.
His award was made for Sinfonietta for Winds, which was premiered earlier
this year by the Montreal Symphony Orchestra under Zubin Mehta.
